It’s quite possibly the busiest racecourse in the UK with a massive amount of live racing played out on the track of Wolverhampton each year. Located in the West Midlands, the racecourse is the first fully floodlit track in the UK and holds both afternoon and evening meetings. Wolverhampton racecourse is fastly approaching it’s 200th anniversary, making it one of the oldest racecourses in Europe. The track is made of a polytrack surface and is 1 mile in length with a style much like US racetracks.

Wolverhampton racecourse features several high profile races each year but some of stand out and important races are the Lady Wulfruna Stakes, Lincoln Trial Stakes and Family Fun Day. Winter months bring the All-Weather Championships racing with most racedays starting around 11am, 12pm or 1pm.
