Kenilworth Races Live Online, Live Horse racing from South Africa
Kenilworth is South Africa’s oldest racecourse and is home to some huge Grade 1 races throughout the year. The biggest of which is probably the J&B Met where over 50,000 race fans descend on Kenilworth race track for what is one of the country’s biggest sports events. There’s quite a busy annual schedule at Kenilworth and some races we advise you to look out for are The Queens Plate, Cape Premier Yearling Sales Guineas, World Cape Flying Championship and the L’Ormarins Queen’s Plate.
Kenilworth racecourse is situated in Cape Town in what can only be described as “the most beautiful view in horse racing” (see photo). The racecourse is within a sectioned off nature conservation area that has kept the beauty and wildlife in the area in-tact.
There’s some big races in late 2013 and into 2014 at Kenilworth, and you can watch all of these races live with commentary below. All the coverage is available on iPad or iPhone devices as well as computers!
